Your Key Responsibilities will involve:
- Registration with the CQC, ensuring your new home is adhereing to CQC standards
- Carrying responsibilities of management duties
- Provide allmanagement reports
- Undertake staff reviews through supervision, appraisals and responding with appropriate action
- Monitor quality of care provided by the home
- Be accountable to the regional director for all duties and responsibilities via;
1 Identifying any areas of concern as soon as possible
2 Attendance at Regional meetings / supervisions as required
3Annual appraisal
Essential Criteria:
- Proven managerial and leadership experience in a residential setting
- Relevant managerial qualifications- i.e. NVQ Level 5
- Relationship and team building skills
- Ready and able to play an active role in a 24hr business
