Registered Children's Home Manager - Telford
Salary: Up yo £46,000 plus benefits
Panoramic Associates are currently working with a leading Children's Care provider who are looking for a new Registered Manager to head up one of their8 bedded EBD Children's homes based in Telford. They are looking for a strong and diligent leader with experience managing large residential provisions and who will be able to bring the home forward and make sure it is fully compliant with current standards and regulations.
To be considered for this position you must:
·Have at least 2 years experience within Children's Services
·Have strong leadership and management skills
·Have a good track record with Ofsted, having achieved "Good" or "Outstanding" ratings
·Have an NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent)
