Panoramic Care are currently working with one of the leading providers of Learning Disability and Mental Health providers within AdultSocial Care.
They are currently looking for a Service Manager for one of their small provisions in South Devon for a 20 monthFixed Term Contract, with a possibility of it going permanent for the right candidate.
The provision supports Young Adults with Challenging Behaviour, Learning Difficulties, Autism and Mental Health. They are currently working towards an Outstanding CQC and are looking for someone to help drive the service towards this goal.
They are looking for someone who has a good trackrecord of compliant homes that is a dynamic and proactive person and can engage with the service users.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Level 5 Social Care/NVQ
* Experience with Young Adults
* Learning Disability and Challenging Behaviour Experience
* Proactive and Hands On.
