Description:
We are on the search for a well-established registered manager to come and work within a specialised care home. You, as a registered manager, willhave previous experience working with complex needs or/and learning disabilities.
Core responsibilities:
* Managing around 20 service users
* Managing 20 staff at any one time (80 in total)
* Work a weekend Rota once every 6 weeks
As this is quite a large Service you will have the support of an experienced Deputy Manager and several Team Leaders. There's plenty on offer in terms of package too!
