As aResidential Children's Support Worker, you will be the first point of contact in helping Children live the happiest and healthiest life possible. This role will include overnight stays and shift work but you will only work 2-3 days a week. The homes focuson children with a variety of complex behaviours. The homes focus on children with a variety of complex behaviours. You would be joining a company who are at a size where you really matter and they are fully committed to providing excellent support and opportunities for career advancement and extensive training.
