Panoramic Care are currently supporting an Adult Social Care provider who are looking for an Registered Manager for their service.The Registered Manager will have excellent Management and Leadership skills and understand how to lead a large elderly care home. The Registered Manager will also have good CQC Compliance and Quality Assurance experience.
The Registered Manager will understand the mission of care providers and the standards required in these provisions. A clear passion for dementia nursing andresidential care is necessary to support all of the residents appropriately.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with aprovider that is very sought after to work for, they have high standards in all of their homes and are looking for a manager who is up to the challenge of maintaining these standards.
