Are you an Ofsted Registered Manager looking tostep away from full responsibility to take up a compliance and services based position?
Panoramic Care is working with an East London based company who have arguably one of the best care models in the industry today. With a mixture of Ofsted regulated services as well as a number of semi-independent units for when these young people are ready to move on, they support young people from the age of 11 all the way though to adulthood. While many services provide care until the age of 18, this company reallycare about young people's wellbeing and carry that though with support until the mid-20's.
They are also looking for a Senior homes Compliance and Standards Manager to help uphold the strong standards across the Ofsted regulated homes dealing with compliance's and working alongside staff teams to insure high quality and care for the people that really matter. This role would beperfect looking to step away from being a Registered Manager.
