Panoramic Care are working with a reputable therapeutic provider of Children's educational, clinical andresidential Care services to looked after children. You will re-parent young children who have challenging behaviours as a result of previous trauma in their previous childhood, by providing therapeutic residential Care at the highest standard. You will be passionate about providing psychological treatment to the children in your care to promote recovery.
You will lead shifts and arrange rotas for a team of RSW's while leading by example and providing Ofsted compliant care. You will ideally have your Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) as well as six months minimum experience working with children in a Residential setting. If not, ideally you will be a graduate with a relevant degree and be eager to complete your Level 5 or post-graduate level.
