Panoramic Care is working with a leading Charity in their search for a Service Leader. This fantastic opportunity will give you a chance to be a key part of an award-winning charity known for providing high quality care and making a real impact on the learning and development within the service.
You will lead three services supporting individuals with complex needs ranging from autism to dementia and learning disabilities. It is important to have experience working with this clientgroup to provide the individual care required.
With some of the services in their development stage, it makes it an excitingtime to join and become part of the team. It also gives you the chance to be involved with the implementation and planning of the mobilisation.
They are looking someone with effective leadership and coaching skills as you will be working closely with the clients and their families and you will also be involved in developing the service regarding activities resulting in a warmingenvironment.
* Small service (6 Bed capacity)
