I am looking for a Service Manager to Manage 2 high secure wards in Hertfordshire.
You will be working in Hospital, taking care of 2 high secure wards, you'll be responsible for the operations of the wards, ensuring they are safe and the environment of the wards would need to be kept to the highest standards. You will need to show good leadership and management skills to the staff team, and you will monitor and promote the performance of each individual employee.
What qualifications must you hold?
* Previous management experience in a hospital/care home
* Experience with LD/MH
* Having a clinical background
Which skills do we want you to demonstrate?
* Effective leadership
* Ability to turnaround an underperforming service
