As a Services Manager, you will be having a direct impact on changing lives; of those in your care, and your own. In the role, your primary commitment will be to ensure smooth operations are consistent across your home. You will be responsible for ensuring that your team are providing a safeand supportive environment for those within your care, and the quality of service is nothing short of outstanding. You will ensure the home is compliant with CQC, and the standards are brought up to the highest achievable level. You will provide leadership and management to the staff team, and you will monitor and promote the performance of each individual employee.
What qualifications must you hold?
* Previous management experience in a care home/hospital is essential
* Experience with LD/Complexneeds is essential
* Experience with MH is preferrable
* Having a clinical background is preferrable
