I amrepresenting a well-established UK Healthcare Provider on a rewarding new role. You will be the Services Manager of a small residential home for individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.
As a Services Manager, you will be having a directimpact on changing lives; of those in your care, and your own. On top of this, you will receive a supportive, encouraging environment and the opportunity to progress your career.
In the role, your primary commitment will be to ensure smooth operationsare consistent within your team. You will be responsible for ensuring that your team are providing a safe and supportive environment for those within your care, and the quality of service is nothing short of outstanding. You will provide leadership and management to the staff team, and you will monitor and promote the performance of each individual employee. You will be familiar with CQC standards and be competent and confident in turning these around where needed.
What qualifications must you hold?* Learning disability and mental health experience
* Previous management experience at the same level
* RGN, RNLD or RMNWhich skills do we want you to demonstrate?
* Effective leadership
* Initiative and resilience
Experience of turning around a service
* Experience with CQC
* Commitment to providing a first-class service in Care
