Support Worker One to One Care
We currently have opportunities available forExperienced Care Assistants / Support Workers to join our team working on a one-to-one basis providing high quality care to ourclients whilst paying attention to their specific and individual needs. Working in various healthcare settings in Swindon and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities will consist of assisting with daily living, providing meals, administering medication, companionship and possible personal care.

For this position you will need at least 6 months of recent Healthcare experience.
