Description:
Our client has fantastic opportunities available forhighly motivated and compassionate Support Workers to work in a residential setting within easy reach of Gloucestershire and Stroud.
You will work as part of a small team to provide individual, high-quality, person-centred care and support to the service users.
You will provide the service users with practical and emotional support, enabling them to have a fulfilled life andgain further independence. As a support worker, you will have the opportunity to be part of inspiring care and support for the service users.
In this role you will be supporting residents with their day to day lives, encouraging them to live as independently as possible. You may get involved in exciting activities outside of the home too - the residents participate in day tripsand much more!

No experience is required as allstaff receive training tailored to the needs of the people they support.
