Panoramic Care are currently working alongside a leading provider of elderly social care. My client is seeking an experienced Interim Manager who has a background driving up CQC standards, managing large care home and improving the CQC rating of a home within a short period of time.
The home itself is a 65 bedded elderly care home, nestled in the countryside of the West Midlands.The ideal candidate must have:
* NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management
* A proven track record of improving the CQC rating of similar homes
* Portable DBS and driving liscence
* Immediately available
