Panoramic Care are currently working with a leading SEMH Residential School based in Colchester who is seeking an Interim Headteacher with strong leadership and turnaround experience for a 6-month period. Our client is seeking an experienced leader who will be able to immediately hit the ground running. The role is based on 3 days a week.
Key Experience and Qualifications:
* SEMH
* Turnaround experience
* Good Ofsted reports
* Residential experience not essential but desirable
