Description:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for several enthusiastic Night Support Workers to join our team in Swindon. The Night Support Worker role will be at the heart of our service,ensuring that all client needs are met throughout the night and providing them with support when needed.
You will hold responsibility for the delivery of day-to-day support including personal care, medication support and the meeting of nutritional needs. This will be led by our customers priorities, preferences and needs.
As a member of the team you will provide services thatwill add value to life and provide support and reassurance to client's family and friends.
As the successful candidate you will possess exceptional people skills, highly effective organisational abilities and the ability to work on your own initiative.These are waking night shifts from 22.00 to 08.00.
