We are currently recruiting on behalf of an outdoor leisure equipment manufacturer.This successful company have a proven track record of delivering high quality equipment to a range of clients in the education sector starting with a free consultation, right the way through to inspections and maintenance post installation.
They are currently recruiting for a Field Sales Representative to cover the South Coast. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual who is looking to kick on in their sales career within the education industry. This is an excellent opportunity to join an international company which has a reputation for developing and nurturing its people.
Field Sales Representative Responsibilities:
* Working as part of a team of 4 Field Sales Representatives covering the South Coast
* Drivingthe sales of playground equipment to schools and nurseries and developing the profitability of your allocated territory
* Responsible for managing existing accounts and targeting new business opportunities across the education sector
* Working closelyalongside the office-based sales support and marketing team to identify new opportunities at prospective schools and nurseries* Using survey equipment to provide digital site surveys on school sites when meeting prospective clients
* Carrying a consultative sale, right through from free consultation, to assisting the design team in creating the plans
* Meeting and exceedingKPIs and monthly sales targets
Field Sales Representative Experience/Skills required:
* Ideally have experience inselling children's playground equipment
* Previous experience in selling into the education sector, specifically schools and nurseries
* An outgoing and positive attitude with a real drive and determination to succeed and develop skills
* Formal sales training would be an advantage however not essential as full, in depth sales and product training will be provided
