Working for a national charity who provide care, education and community projects up and down the UK. You will head the Specialist Independent College to provide young people with a range of needs toward gaining the education and training they'll need in adult life. As the leader of the college, you will be expected to develop the high quality of education and provide the leadership, vision and direction that will enable the college needs.
Key skills and qualifications:
* A strong understanding of the new Ofstedframework.
* Have previously worked with pupils who have a range of SEN from physical, communication and sensory disabilitiesthrough to Autism spectrum disorders or profound learning difficulties.
