Panoramic Care is supporting a special school based in the North West in the recruitment of a Head of Education.
Our client is looking for an experienced senior leader to provide exceptional leadership to the team, ensure that the quality of education is at its highest, and create a culture of excellence. You will also be a Designated Safeguarding Lead and lead by example and ensure that the school's systems, organisation and processes are well considered, efficient and fit for purpose, upholding the principles of transparency, integrity and probity.
They would ideally like someone to join them in September, however, they can wait until January.
To be considered for the role you must be an experienced SEN Senior Leader with a good Ofsted track record.You must also have QTS and SEMH experience.
