Panoramic Care are pleased to be supporting an all-through Special School based in the North West who are currently seeking a new permanent Head of Service/Headteacher.
This is anindependent school that predominately supports young people with Autism.
They are seeking an experienced and successful seniorleader; with a proven ability to lead, motivate, develop and focus staff in working to raise standards for all pupils and in creating a rich, productive, happy and successful working environment.
This role offers the post holder an exciting opportunity to lead the school whilst also being part of the Senior Leadership Team. The post holder will be expected to make broad and sustained contribution to the achievement of the organisations aims and objectives.
As the Head of Service, the post holder will be expected to provide vision, direction and leadership to maintain the schools reputation for outstanding high quality teaching and learning.
