I am currently working with an Oftsed Outstanding school who is seeking a Headteacher. This is a special school is for students with;
* Moderate ADHD
* Autism
* Language and communicating
* Physical impairment
Our client is seeking aninspiring and dedicated leader who will be able to immediately hit the ground running. The role is based in Derby and the salary is negotiable.
This would be suitable for an experienced Headteacher or an experienced Deputy Headteacher who is ready to step up to a Headteacher role.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Provide high quality strategic vision, professional management and leadership management of the school.
* Experience in behaviour management techniques for children with SEN, communication difficulties and challenging behaviour.
* NPQH desirable.
