Akey client of ours is looking for an Interim Principal for one of their Primary Academies within a Multi-Academy Trust.
The School are looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about raising standards and creating the best possible learning environment in which students can reach their highest potential.
The School is currently the only School in the Trust in RI category, meaning you will need to lead strategically and effectively in moving the School to 'Good' then 'Outstanding'. Ideally you will have extensive Headship experience in Primary settings, and be seasoned in developing and implementing School Improvement Plans.
