NURSERY MANAGER

Salary Guide: c£35k dep on exp

This lovely purpose built setting are needing an experienced Nursery Manager to lead and support the day today operations of the nursery. A great opportunity to be onboard with this growing provider. For this role you will need to have managed a number of settings, have had Ofsted Inspections, have experience of growing a nursery and team together with workingwith a senior team. Aug / Sept start.
Nursery Manager Requirements:
* Have a minimum Level 3 in Early Years
* Experience of leading and supporting teams and the overall day to day running of a nursery
* At least three years' experience working in the Early Years sector
* Proven track record of involvement in supporting in Ofsted Inspections
* Have excellent written and verbal English
Nursery Manager Job Description:
* A good understanding of children's development, together with theEYFS Curriculum
* Experience of leading and supporting a team
* To achieve budget and occupancy for the nursery
* Good understanding of marketing and supporting the Occupancy within the Nursery
* To be motivated and able to motivate children and staff
* An ability to communicate effectively with parents and build a relationship of trust with them.
