Up to £35,000 + £50,000 OTE + Company Car
The Company:
Get Recruited are currently supporting a leading training provider in Yorkshire specialising in vocational training courses and workforce development for local people and business.
They are looking to add to their Sales team with an experienced Sales manager. The role is perfect for someone with extensive sales experience within the training sector.
Sales Manager Role:
* Working closely with training centre managers and developing a sales strategy
* Implement the strategy and managinga team of Business Development Executives
* Sourcing and securing new business and through existing sales leads
* Offeringprospective clients valuable, effective and unique learning & development solutions and creative bespoke partnerships.
* Maximising sales through on-going prospecting for new clients
* Key account management of largest clients with the business
*Working closely with the marketing team to come up with an effective marketing strategy to support sales activity
SalesManager Skills and Experience:
* A background in Sales Management and experience of successfully leading a team to meet targets
* Experience in developing marketing strategies in conjunction with marketing teams is preferable
* 5 years proven sales experience- New business, face to face, and account management
* At least 2 years experience selling training or apprenticeships
* Detailed knowledge of Apprenticeship programmes
* Be able to show evidence of clear analytical thinking
* Working to set Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly KPIs
