Job Description - Training Manager
The Training Manager is responsible for conducting both online and onsite training of the Point of Rental Software portfolio of products.
Performance
- Creating training plans for clients that detail who is being training, on what subject and what date
- Delivering professional training to clients to help them maximise the return on their investment
- Ensuring defined course materials are available and distributed for courses delivered, and assist Course Development with production and verification of course materials
Key Skills
- High level knowledge of all Point of Rental Software products
- Knowledge of the Hire Industry
- Excellent communication, planning, time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills
- Presentation skills
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to effectively coach performance from others
