6m initial contract
Energy client requires a contract software engineer for a lead design role on a greenfield project. You will require a good experience ofEmbedded Software functional safety standards for this role as the product will need to comply to safety critical levels.Skills:
* Design of Embedded Software in 'C'
* Low level development
* Appreciation of hardware
* Full life cycle design
* Safety critical software
* MISRA Coding standards
* Functional safety - IEC 61508 / ISO26262
This is a great opportunity to start of a new product putting significant input into the design of the software and working with a small project team of engineers throughout the product full life cycle.
This is an initial 6m project but the work is highly likely to extendmuch further.
