Description:
We are currently recruiting for an ATM Field Service Engineer based in the Grimsby area.
To be suitable for this position you do not need previous ATM experience, just field service engineering within IT, EPOS, electronic, electro-mechanical etc. as full training will be provided.
The Role
* Fault finding, maintenance and breakfix of ATMs
* Perform hardware and software upgrades of ATMs
* Manage calls, plan day
* Manage own parts usage, returns and boot stock.
* Working Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm (45 hour week)
* Requirement to work weekends, 1 in 4 weekends + 1 additional Saturday with day back in lieu
* No out ofhours work required
Required Experience
* Must have some form of electro-mechanical field service engineering experience* ATM experience is preferred but not essential
* Knowledge of Wincor, NCR, Triton, Hyosung and Tidel ATMs is desirable
*UK Driving Licence
* Ability to pass security screening
* Good interpersonal skills
Salary and Benefits
* £25k - £29kdepending on experience
* 11% shift allowance for working weekends and up to 30% quarterly bonus
