My client is looking for a Headof Manufacturing to ensure the smooth running of the supply chain, logistics, production and quality control.
You'll be developing the short, medium- and long-term operations strategy to ensure the products are of the best quality and delivered on timearound the world.
After winning the Institute of Physics best start up award, my client has undergone massive growth and areat the forefront of scientific innovation. They pride themselves on the quality and revolutionary aspects of their products.To be successful in this role you'll need to be experienced at board/director level within an instrumentation or manufacturingcompany and have hands on production experience in previous roles.
Creative and 'Out of the box' thinking will be advantageous in order to produce innovative concepts and solutions, whilst excellent communication skills and the ability to positively influence staff at all levels is a must.
