Concept are seeking to recruit a driven and meticulous Head of Technical services who can provide direction, instructions and guidance to a group of field technicians. The successful applicant will lead by good example, offer a top level expertise ,have excellent knowledge of the technical models we deliver to our customers. Service Delivery and knowledge of the customer journey is paramount and a strong sense of confidence is expected.
Role
* Form team strategies
* Manage service co-coordinator's, field queries and manage outcomes
* Motivate the Engineering Teams .
* Communicate clear instructions
* Identify staff training requirements
* Support and assist with recruitment process
* Manage engineering workloads
* Setup and manage and report KPIs.
* Monitor performance
* Work closely with the commercial teamin completing tenders / bids and acquisitions
* Help desk management
* Customer site visits
* Ensure all procedures are formalised
* Project management
