Description:
My client is looking for an installations assistant based in Cheshire to work within the lift industry. They donot expect you to be in the industry currently and full product training will be provided.
On-going support will be provided to ensure you maintain your skills base and always deliver to the company's high standards.
Essential Skills Base
* Ability to use power tools and basic hand tools in a safe manner.
* A methodical approach to problem solving.
* Ability to deal with customers in a professional manner.
The Role
The role involves assisting in the preparatory work and installation of a range of access products including -
* Domestic through the floor lifts; non-enclosed lifting platforms; step lifts; wheelchair platform stairlifts
* Service and repair work to the above range of products
The role involves considerable travel and regular overtime, and applicants must be prepared to stay away from home if required. Own transport to travel to Cheshire and fulldriving license is required. Current CSCS card desirable but not essential.
Package
* A basic 39-hour week Mon-Fri, plus overtime
* 22 days holiday per year, plus statutory bank holidays
