Wembley£54,000 + 10% Bonus + Holidays + Pension
Permenant Nights (Pitman Shift Pattern)
Manufacturing Team Manager required for aglobal food manufacturing company. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established manufacturer who offer a great working environment and fantastic benefits.
As Manufacturing Team manager, you will have approximately 16 direct reports including team members and technical operators where you will be required to drive lean processes and reduce waste. This is a key rolewhere you will be responsible for a production line and lead your manufacturing team to a successfully deliver to arranged KPI's.
The Successful Candidate:
* Lean/Continuous Improvement Experience
* Candidates can come from any high volume manufacturing background, candidates with FMCG/ food will hold a considerable advantage.
