Are you a Self-motivated and imaginative Mechanical Design Engineer?
My client provides world-class solutions for live experiences - designing, constructing and delivering the finest live event solutions in the world and are looking for a talented Mechanical Design Engineer to join their creative team in the Cambridge area.
Reporting to the project's Senior Engineer,you will be producing imaginative and safe product solutions, effective and safe designs for structures, mechanisms and electrical and hydraulic drive trains and clear and accurate working drawings to efficiently convey these designs to workshop employeesand external companies.
Key Requirements:
* A high level of computer literacy, particularly computer-aided design. (e.g.knowledge and experience of using AutoCAD, 3D CAD)
* The ability to produce detailed drawings
* Excellent technical knowledge
* A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (studied Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, Engineering Technology, or other related engineering courses) is desirable
In return you will receive a competitive salary between £35,000 - £45,000 alongside benefits
