Are you an experienced field service engineer looking to join a national dealership who work with SME, public sector& blue chip companies? Are you wanting to be part of a well established service team that motivate you to perform at your peak, recognise your achievements & reward?
What will your day to day responsibilities be?
* Service, repair & maintenance of Sharp, Ricoh & Kyocera devices - preventative & reactive
* Perform to KPI's in line with company policies* Escalating issues to an assigned senior technician/manager
* Provide IT support to products at customer premises
* Covering the North London area
Requirements
To be considered for the position you must have strong experience within the office equipment industry with experience carrying out service, repair and maintenance on MFD equipment. It is important that you are a team player, have excellent interpersonal skills and must be self motivated.
You must also have the following:
* Up to date manufacture training on Sharp, Ricoh / Kyocera
* Networking experience
* Fantastic customer skills as the role is customer facing and you will be dealing with high profile customers
* Team player
* UK driving licence
