Description:
Are you an experienced photocopier field service engineer looking to join a national managed print services provider? This is a very forward thinking company and their attitude towards IT solutions is massively ahead of the times.
What willyour day to day responsibilities be?
* Service, repair & maintenance of Canon, Ricoh, Samsung & HP
* Respond to client service requests
* Achieve a high first time fix rate
* Perform to KPI's in line with company policies
* Escalatingissues to an assigned senior technician/manager
* Provide IT support to products at customer premises
* Covering the CentralLondon area as a walker
Requirements
To be considered for the position you must have strong experience within the office equipment industry with experience carrying out service, repair and maintenance on MFD equipment. It is important that you area team player, have excellent interpersonal skills and must be self motivated.
You must also have the following:
* Up todate manufacture training on Canon, Ricoh, Samsung / HP
* Networking experience
* Fantastic customer skills
