Description:
Are you an experienced photocopier field service engineer looking to join a national managed print services provider? We are currently recruiting for an onsite engineer within the North London area. This is a very forward thinking company and their attitude towards IT solutions is massively ahead of the times.
What will your day to day responsibilities be?
* Service, repair & maintenance of Samsung / HP
* Respond to client service requests
* Achieve a high first time fix rate
*Perform to KPI's in line with company policies
* Escalating issues to an assigned senior technician/manager
* Provide IT support to products at customer premises
* This position is an onsite role in the North London area
Requirements
To be considered for the position you must have strong experience within the office equipment industry with experience carrying out service, repair and maintenance on MFD equipment.
You must also have the following:
* Up to date manufacture training on Samsung / HP
* Networking experience
* Fantastic customer skills
