What will your day to day responsibilities be?
* Service, repair & maintenanceof MFD / MFPs across 5 sites in the Kent area
* Achieve high first time fix level for calls
* Deliver high levels of customer service & product training
* Manage vehicle stock
* Covering the West London
Requirements
* Strong customer facing skills and experience - ideally working on HP or Samsung devices
* Theoretical and practical experience of industry and best practices
* Ability to communicate at all levels with the customer and organisation
* Proven technical experience
* Excellent IT knowledge, including networking
