Would you like to join a very forward thinking company? Are you a photocopier field service engineer looking for a new challenge? My clients are keen to speak to photocopier engineers that are interested in both mobile and walking roles.
What will your day to day responsibilities be?
* Service, repair & maintenance of MFDs / Photocopier devices
* Achieve high first time fix level for calls
* Deliver high levels of customer service & product training
* Manage vehicle stock
* Covering the Central London / Inner M25 (travel card and car available)Requirements
* Strong customer facing skills and experience - ideally working on Konica devices
* Theoretical and practical experience of industry and best practices
* Ability to communicate at all levels with the customer and organisation
*Proven technical experience
* Excellent IT knowledge, including networking
What is on offer?
* up to £30,000 dependingon level of knowledge
