Their portfolio includes hardware products ranging from MFPs through to high-speed production print systems and software solutions.
The Role
I am looking for a skilled Photocopier Engineer to cover the areas around Dorchester and Salisbury, across to Southampton
As a Customer Support Engineer, you will be attending customer sites throughout Hampshire providing first class service by preparing, installing, maintaining, servicing and repairing a range of multi-function devices and software. You will mainly be working at customers sites, but the role may involve occasional work in workshops.
Skills
* The ideal candidate will have a solid background of MFDs/photocopiers and strong networking skills. Knowledge of Papercut print management software is an advantage but not essential
* You should be based in Dorset or Wiltshire
Responsibilities
* Delivering, installing and demonstrating machines to customers
* Maintenance and repairs of multifunctional machines
* Occasional work in one of the workshops
* Attending training courses and service meetingsas requested
* Responsible for the completion of all service calls allocated
* Managing and protecting stock and consumables in the company vehicle
* Promoting company products and feeding any relevant information back to the sales department
