Description:
One of the UK's largest independent reprographic, managed print services & solutions suppliers are currently looking for an experienced photocopier engineer to join theirsolid service team, could this be you? With over 5000 customers nationally & a strong presence, this company is looking to expand its workforce.
What will your day to day responsibilities be?
* Service, repair & maintenance of MFD / Photocopier devices
* Perform to KPI's in line with company policies
* Escalating issues to an assigned senior technician/manager* Provide IT support to products at customer premises
Requirements
To be considered for the position you must have strongexperience within the office equipment industry with experience carrying out service, repair and maintenance on MFD equipment. It is important that you are a team player, have excellent interpersonal skills and must be self motivated.
You must also havethe following:
* MFD / MFP copier exposure - repair
* Networking experience
* Fantastic customer skills
* Team player
