Quality Engineer - Galway
I am currently recruiting a Quality Engineer on behalf of my client,an electronic component manufacturer in Galway.
Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for generating process documentation for manufacturing and business operations. You will also be required to draft design documentation and chair cross-functional review for design documentation(DFMEA, PFMEA, Controls Plans etc…)
Ideally you will be an experienced Quality Engineer with an background within the automotive industry. You will be knowledgeable on LEAN principles and implementing and improving 5S standards. Experience in securing IATAF16949 accreditation would be beneficial.
