Technical Support EngineerResponsibilities:
* Offer technical support to customers and internal sales team for our wide range of products.
* Takinginbound phone calls from customers who have queries regarding products
* Liaise with suppliers on technical matters.
* Contribute to Research & Development projects and general product development.
* Supporting the sales team with products and orders
* Managing shipping of exported sales
Technical Support Engineer Skills and Experience:
* Knowledge of engineering principles
* Working knowledge of pumps, engines, motors and associated control gear
* Excellent customer service skills to liaise with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
* Be self-motivated and able to manage projects from start to finish.* Be able to work as part of a team.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn new computer programs.
* Exportexperience would be an advantage.
