Agile Coach - Insurance - Business Transformation
I am working with an innovative General Insurance companybased in Surrey who are on the lookout for an Agile coach to join their team and assist with the upskilling of their current team.
Being an expert in Agile principles you will deliver valuable and reliable technology and business change to increase growth and profitability. You will work closely with the CTO to establish a training and development plan within my client.Essential Experience:
* Agile and Lean leadership experience
* Scrum, Kanban, XP experience as well as implementinglarge scale change
* Strong understanding of DevOps working processes
* Prior exposure in transitioning from Waterfall to Agile
* Hands on experience in coaching and mentoring in Agile
This position will report directly to the Head of Technology and Governance and will require internal liaison with the executive team and heads of departments. This position will also work with external sourcing partners.
