Description:
Award-winning, independent, insurance broker is looking for excellent commercial account handler to join their ever growing team.
This varied and fast-paced role will see you developing relationships with new and existing commercial clients from all sectors. Helping them get the right insurance for their business.
You will be responsible for the full insurance cycle of your book, handing renewals, mid-term adjustments and claims. Requiring brilliant attentionto detail and first-rate customer service skills.
You will need your outstanding communication skills and insurance industryknowledge, to get to know each clients and help them understand the ever-changing world of insurance and what it mean for them.Essential Requirements:
Minimum 5 GCSE including Maths and English at A-C/ 4-9 level -
Five years + experience in the commercial insurance sector -
Great communication skills -
Fanatical attention to detail -
Exceptional customer service skills -
Willingness to learn (we will happily support the right candidate in achieving CII qualifications).
