Compliance Advice Consultant | Insurer | Berkshire | up to £80,000 (doe)
Panoramic Associates are delighted to be partnered with a leading insurer in Berkshire in their search for a Compliance Advice Consultant to join their Compliance function on a permanent basis.This is a truly amazing opportunity where you can make an immediate impact on the business. Having already placed a number ofprofessionals in the company, we have received nothing but positive feedback about the company, culture and career prospects.Some duties include:
* Providing risk-based regulatory advice to senior management and senior stakeholders across the business.
* Assisting with the annual compliance plan - to make sure it remains effective and is aligned with best practice.
* Keep up to date with regulatory changes and advice how these will effective the business.
* Monitor management information, including Conduct Risk MI, looking for adverse trends and areas of concern.
My client is ideally seeking a compliance professional with at least 5 years' experience from an insurance background. If you have Big 4 experience that will also be highly desirable. You need to have excellent communication skills (both verbal & written) and have the ability to engage and build effective working relationships with senior management.
