Description:
Business Architect required by leading insurer undergoing a major business wide transformation. This candidate will help my client to define its digital version whilst ensuring it aligns with the future operating model.The role will sit a newly created innovation team, looking at new technologies and ways of working. This will initially be astand-alone role, however, my client has aspirations to build this function out and to create a team longer term.
Candidateswill have a Greenfield opportunity to promote and formalise Business Architecture as a practice within my client.
Duties:·Help to create the digital strategy and roadmap with the leadership team and business stakeholders
·Engage with business to understand needs and then work with them through discovery to flesh out requirements and align them with the future operating model
·Help to create the vision for the next generation digital platform
·Work with the business to create a Business Architecture function internally with a view to growing out the capability and team in the future
Required Experience:
·Experience helping businesses with digital transformation in a Lead BA/Business Architecture capacity
·Understanding and passion for technology and its appliance to financial services
·Extensive BA experience alongside exposure to Business Architecture as a discipline·Excellent communication skills
·Experience helping organisations transition from a Waterfall to Agile approach
