iO Associates is proud to be working with a globally recognisedInsurance Brand in their search for a talented Data Policy Analyst to join their team in the City of London.
The successful candidate will be responsible to analysing and adapting the company Data Policies to ensure compliance with operational and regulatory demands.
Responsibilities:
* Define data policies related to relevant business policies alongside identifying appropriate levels of data precision
* Report non-compliance
* Demonstrate a strong knowledge of risk management and provide training to the business to advise on best practices
* Define impact categorisation, data policies directly related to businessrequirements and data rules for compliance
* Ensure the data policy validation methods can be implemented within business processes, and that data governance can be integrated within service and system development life-cycles
Key Requirements:
* Excellent knowledge of operational aspects of data protection, including privacy practices
* Experience of data governance methodologies and information governance frameworks
* General regulatory compliance knowledge
* In-depth understanding of GDPR* Business Analysis skills (gathering requirements, managing stakeholder relationships)
* Strong communication skills
