And Service Delivery?
I am currently supporting a leading UK Financial Services organisation with their search for an End User Services Manager to join their Manchester office. This is an exciting opportunity to play a strong role managing both the Service Desk and Service Delivery of a leading firm.
As End User Services Manager, you would be responsible for management of Service Delivery, Asset Management and the support services. You would be point of contact for 3rd parties, lead for management of support of VIPsand all End Users.
Key Requirements:
* ITIL
* Service Desk Management experience
* Telephony experience
* Excellent Communication Skills
* Asset Management experience
