Get Recruited are currently supporting a leading Insurance Group based in Cambridge who, due to exponential growth, have an exciting opportunity for a career driven individual to join their team as an Insurance Account Handler.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, career driven Insurance Account Handler who is seeking the opportunity to work for a reputable, well established company who are offering fantastic earning potential and real opportunities for progression.
THE ROLE:
* Handle a full rangeof business across all classes
* Receive enquiries from existing clients, recommendations and web enquiries
* Act as the client's first point of contact for cover queries and mid-term adjustments
* Negotiate with insurers, gaining quotes for additional insurances
* Utilise your knowledge of insurance policies and companies to recommend plans to customers
* Provide excellent customer service at all times
THE PERSON:
* A minimum of 2 years experience within an Insurance Account Handler role
* CII Qualification is highly desirable
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong administration and computer skills* High attention to detail
