Description:
Panoramic Associates are currently partnered with a top 10 consultancy firm in their search for an Internal Audit Manager to join theirexpanding Insurance Internal Audit team. Due to their rapid growth, my client are hiring three Internal Audit managers to leadaudits of prestigious London Market and Lloyd's insurers. The purpose of the role is to provide, plan and execute value-adding adjustments to the client's risk management, internal controls and governance with the view of; improving their operational efficiency, achieving their business goals and contribute to their sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
·Generating new businessthrough networking events, marketing events, identifying cross selling opportunities, relationship development with other lineswithin the firm, developing new business opportunities from proposal to presentation and working closely with the Technology Risk Management team to incorporate technology assurance clients.
·Maintaining and developing further existing relationships withclients.
·Contributing to the development of Audit committee papers for presentation to senior management and clients.
·Auditplanning and report writing.
·Assisting in staff development and the training of trainees.
·Effective delivery of multiple ongoing assignments.
·Preparation of letters of engagement.
·Managing your team from the front and making sure all scope of review is met.
·Direct "hands on" approach with high profile and complex areas.
·Ensuring all client's review points are met andagreed.
·Completion of all accompanying documentation and reports to the firm's high standards.
Requirements:
·Qualified (ACCA, CIA or equivalent) with 2 years post qualification experience within Insurance.
·Experience in-industry or practice welcome.
·Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
·Enthusiasm for Internal Audit.
·Insurance broking or Lloyd's market experience preferred but not essential.
